New Year, New Publication, New Book Deal
Well, 2022 didn’t start exactly as I wanted it to. I love New Year goals, lists, calendars, etc. Instead, I got COVID and fell way behind. I’m feeling better now and have lots of good news to share, so I’m hoping this year will only improve.
Up first, the paperback of my book, The Cabinet: George Washington and the Creation of an American Institution, will be published one week from today — February 8, 2022! You can preorder now on all of your favorite book website or from your local bookstore. If you want a suggestion, I recommend Old Town Books. HERE is the preorder link.
Toward the end of last year, I sold my next book, tentatively titled An Honest Man: The Inimitable Presidency of John Adams.
I am so excited to spend the next 18 months writing about John Adams, the pivotal moment of his presidency, and how it continues to shape our contemporary moment. Especially because there is so much colorful, juicy detail in the archival materials. I am looking forward to sharing that process with you as I go forward.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
